OPIS KURSU
System 24 sezonów słonecznych jest podsumowaniem studiów i doświadczenia odnoszących się do astronomii, klimatu i agrokultury. Odnosił się więc mocno do prac na roli i codziennego życia ludzi. Obejmował z czasem wiedzę o pogodzie i klimacie, aktywnościach z dziedziny rolnictwa, zwyczajach ludowych i profilaktyce zdrowia (Yang Sheng) w ramach której uprawia się Qigong 24 sezonów słonecznych.
Mistrz Zhang Ming Liang jest spadkobiercą tego systemu qigong i po raz pierwszy w Polsce zacznie przekazywać wiedzę związaną z tym systemem.
Rozpoczniemy od 6 ćwiczeń związanych z sześcioma sezonami zimowymi.
Warsztat będzie tłumaczony na język polski.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The 24 solar seasons system is a summary of studies and experience relating to astronomy, climate and agro-culture. It thus referred strongly to farm work and people’s daily lives. It encompassed, over time, knowledge of weather and climate, agricultural activities, folk customs and preventive health care (Yang Sheng) within which the Qigong of the 24 solar seasons is practised.
Master Zhang Ming Liang is the inheritor of this Qigong system and will begin to impart knowledge related to this system for the first time in Poland.
We will begin with 6 exercises related to the six winter seasons.
The workshop will be translated into English.

from 10am to 1pm and from 3pm to 6pm (Saturday and Sunday)
